After 22 years at Brown and Corbishley, Ann McCabe sets up her own solicitors firm specialising in family law on 6th April 2016. The office at Queens Gardens Business Centre 31 Ironmarket Newcastle under Lyme has a long legal history. Built in the nineteenth century, it was formerly known as 23 Justices’ Clerk’s office and more recently was occupied by Knights Solicitors. It has been owned by MIC Properties since 2011 and is presently occupied by 17 individual businesses and organisations. Ann McCabe has the benefit of many years of experience as a family lawyer behind her but also has enough years ahead of her to build her vision of a successful High Street firm meeting the needs of local people. She intends to expand her firm into Probate and Conveyancing in due course.
