Riya graduated from Birmingham City University with a First-Class Honours degree in law. She is currently completing her LLM in SQE1 & 2 Preparation, having successfully passed both the SQE1 and SQE2 assessments.
During her studies, she volunteered with Support Through Court, where she provided practical and emotional support to individuals navigating the court process. Her time volunteering with Support Through Court reinforced my commitment to helping others and my interest in making a positive difference through the legal profession.
Riya joined Ann McCabe Solicitors as a trainee solicitor in the family department in September 2026, following a short work experience placement.
