We are looking for a trainee solicitor or paralegal to be based at our office in Newcastle under Lyme
Your primary role shall be to support our Family department but you will also have the opportunity to gain experience in our Private Client and Conveyancing Departments.
Your duties will include taking notes during client meetings, communicating with clients and professionals by phone and email, drafting letters and documents, preparing court bundles and assisting counsel at court hearings.

Summary
Start date: September 2024 (or before)
Minimum qualifications: 2.1 honours degree in Law (or predicted grade)
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (including 20% off the job training if you wish to study for the SQE)
Salary: commensurate with experience, qualifications and training option
Location: Newcastle under Lyme

Holidays: 25 days per year plus bank holidays, a day on or around your birthday and Christmas Eve when it does not fall on a weekend.
