
We have 2 vacancies in our administration team. We need people to perform a wide and varied range of administrative tasks, such as meeting and greeting clients, printing and scanning and inputting data. An important part of the role shall be to sit at the reception desk and answer the phone and so you will be the first point of contact for most callers and clients. We would expect your role within the business to grow and develop in accordance with your strengths as your knowledge and experience within Ann McCabe Solicitors develops.
You would support all members of the team, supervised by Emma Brown and Nyah Silvester. You can read the core range of tasks here.

Office assistant
For this role, we hope to recruit someone with experience of working in an office already. The role is full-time but we will consider part-time for the right candidate.
Start date: as soon as possible
Minimum qualifications: four GCSEs, including maths & English (minimum grade 4/C). Clean driving licence and ability to use own car for errands, sometimes at short notice.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: From £26500 per annum depending on experience

Holidays: equivalent of 5 weeks per year plus bank holidays, a day on or around your birthday and Christmas Eve when it does not fall on a weekend.
Business administration apprentice
This is an entry level role for which experience of working in an office is not necessary. Aptitude, ability to learn, enthusiasm and willingness to help are essential.
Start date: as soon as possible
