The office is conveniently located in the town centre: just inside the ring road, opposite Queens Gardens and Castle House.

Disabled parking bays and a taxi rank are located immediately outside the office. Free on-road parking is located on other roads nearby for up to two hours. (King Street, Brunswick Street and Hanover Street) Generally a first meeting lasts about an hour. Pay and display council car parks are also within walking distance.  The bus station is very close, just the other side of Queens Gardens.

Office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We are available outside these hours by telephone and email. You can call and leave a message with our call handling service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will call you back as soon as we pick up your message.

We prefer that you do not visit the office without appointment as it is likely that we will not be able to help you if you turn up unannounced.

On arrival, the front door should be open.  Please use in the intercom in the entrance hall to call us and someone will come and let you in.  Alternatively phone our office number 01782 627589

Queens Gardens Business Centre is a Grade II listed building dating back to the 18th Century.  In the early years, it was the Justices Clerks Office; the court was located in the Town Hall next door.  That building was demolished in the 1970’s  More recently, Queens Gardens Business Centre used to be occupied by Knights solicitors, before it was a Business Centre.
