Coronavirus and Children Arrangements – One Year On

March 23, 2021 By Jemma Wentworth

Jemma Wentworth
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives

Just over one year ago everyone’s lives changed in various unprecedented ways. We needed to adapt and function as best we could in a new entirely remote world. I think I speak for the majority when I say that we thought it may just be a short blip and before long, things would be back to normal…

Fast forward one year, and here we still are. Mostly working from home, many new learnt technical skills under our belt, juggling work and childcare whilst continuing to adapt each day.

These are the practicalities that we need to accept to get by. But throw into the mix that you are struggling to agree the day-to-day arrangements for your child, whilst balancing your own and their safety, and things can soon become overwhelming.

If you have separated from the other parent to your child and are having difficulties agreeing issues that concern either their welfare or day-to-day arrangements, such as how their time should be spent with you both, which school they should attend or any other issue related to their health or well-being, please call to book a free consultation with me so I can talk you through your options and the process.

Please do not feel daunted or overwhelmed. There is a procedure available to you that will help and can shed light on all those issues you are struggling with:  my team and I will help guide you through it.

Please call (01782) 627589 to book your free telephone consultation about arrangements for your children after separation

Take care, Jemma Wentworth.
