How experienced are the lawyers dealing with my transaction?

Your conveyancing transaction shall be dealt with by Daniel Webb a consultant Licensed Conveyancer with over 20 years experience, supervised by Ann McCabe, the owner of the firm who qualified as a solicitor in 1993, and assisted by Daniella Fells, qualified Cilex paralegal. Adele Baskerville specialises in sales and transfers related to probate applications.

I need a lawyer to verify my identity

If you simply need us to certify a photocopy of your identification documents as being a true copy of the original, we charge £5 per document copied.

If we need to sign a certificate certifying your identity, our fee depends upon the nature of the document. For example, we charge £50 to sign an ID1 form.
